In-process Inspection & Non-destructive Testing
In-process inspection and non-destructive testing operations are incorporated into the Vitesse manufacturing process to ensure part compliance prior to certification.
Testing operations include:
- CMM Inspection with statistical process control (SPC)
- Helium Leak Testing
- Pressure Testing (Burst/Proof)
