Matthew Alty has served as Chief Executive Officer of Vitesse Systems since 2020, leading the company’s transformation into a premier supplier of antenna and thermal management solutions. He has overseen all mergers and acquisitions, expanding Vitesse’s national footprint to five facilities across California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Nevada, while driving strategic growth and operational excellence. A seasoned executive with a proven track record of successful change management and exceeding aggressive growth targets, Matthew brings deep expertise in operations, strategic planning, and fiscal leadership.

He previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Valence Surface Technologies from March 2015 to October 2020. In his roles at Valence, he oversaw the operational integration of nine acquisitions to create the largest aerospace accredited surface finishing business in North America. Prior his COO role at Valence, he served as a Vice President at Bodycote PLC where he was responsible for its global surface technology business, comprising 11 businesses across five countries.

Alty completed his Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Loyola Marymount University in 2012. He graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgy & Materials Science.

Arne Vogt serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Vitesse Systems, where he oversees manufacturing operations, supply chain strategy, and operational excellence across the company’s nationwide facilities. With more than 20 years of experience leading complex operations in the Aerospace and Defense industry, Arne brings a strong background in lean manufacturing, global supply chain optimization, and cross-functional leadership.

Prior to joining Vitesse, Arne held executive leadership positions at SMTC Corporation and Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, where he managed multi-site operations and led major initiatives focused on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction. He is known for his ability to drive performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement methodologies.

Vogt holds a Master of Science in Business from Washington State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds an APICS CPIM certification, reflecting his deep expertise in process improvement and supply chain management.

Jamie Mitchell joined Vitesse Systems with over 25 years of manufacturing-focused experience and a proven track record in corporate finance, multi-site operations, and strategic leadership. He brings deep expertise in financial planning, M&A integration, and operational efficiency, with a focus on supporting high-growth, technology-driven businesses.

Prior to joining Vitesse, Jamie served as Chief Financial Officer at Valence Surface Technologies and NxEdge, where he played a critical role in scaling operations, driving financial performance, and leading integration across multiple facilities. His background includes significant experience in private equity-backed organizations, where he led finance and operational teams through transformative periods of growth and change.

At Vitesse Systems, Jamie is responsible for leading the financial strategy across all locations and supporting the company’s continued expansion in mission-critical technologies for the defense and aerospace sectors.
Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from Le Moyne College.

Matthew Parisi is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Vitesse Systems, where he leads all sales, marketing, and business development initiatives across defense and space markets. Since joining in 2021, he has built a high-performing team and played a key role in shaping Vitesse’s go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and corporate messaging to align with the evolving needs of its customers.

He began his career as a Design Engineer at Niagara Thermal Products, where he led prototype development efforts for advanced thermal solutions. He then moved into a Program Manger Role for Aavid Niagara LLC, overseeing product development and production launches for custom heat exchangers and cold plates.

In 2017, he took the role of Director of Technical Sales for the Aerospace and Defense division at Boyd Corporation. There, he built and led a national team of Business Development Executives and Program Managers, driving growth strategies across the U.S. and managing critical customer accounts.

Parisi holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Buffalo State University.

Nicole Martin serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Vitesse Systems, overseeing HR strategy and operations across the company’s multi-state footprint, including facilities in California, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Nevada. She leads initiatives in talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance, ensuring alignment with Vitesse’s mission to deliver high-performance antenna and thermal management solutions for defense and aerospace applications.

With over 15 years of experience in human resources, she has a proven track record of building scalable HR infrastructures that support rapid growth and operational excellence. Prior to joining Vitesse, she held senior HR leadership roles across various industries, where she was instrumental in driving cultural transformation, implementing workforce planning strategies, and enhancing employee development programs.

Martin holds a degree in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University Global. She is recognized for her strategic vision, collaborative leadership style, and commitment to fostering inclusive workplace cultures that drive innovation and performance.
